BY500 high strength wear-resisting plate is widely used in mining, power and other industries, and the main problem at present is the thin gauge plate after quenching with poor plate shape. Through reasonable composition design and reasonable control of quenching water quantity, roller speed, quenching water pressure and other parameters, the steel plate performance and plate shape can meet customer requirements.
