Outline
The quality of 100-meter heavy rail refers to the high spot or surface wave produced by the instability of the billet tension, and cross-sectional size and tension are closely related. In the micro-tension control system, the main control thought of metal mass flow being equal is put forward, and the micro tension is controlled by the speed synchronization and the head force arm memory method of universal mill.
