Furnace condition of 4 150m3 blast furnace in Baotou Steel disorders by the impact of equipment accidents after blow-in. Through analysis, the main reason is the hearth deposition and the thickness in middle part of stack which caused by the long-term slow blast and continuous damping down. The furnace condition can be restored by raising the temperature of the furnace, stabilizing the blast volume, using the charging system of the open center and the stable edge, adjusting the water and water temperature in the middle part.
