In the paper, it is introduced after the basis on introduction, digestion and absorption of Baosight MES system, according to own features, Heavy area of Baotou Steel extend the function of the original system and improve part of the function from the aspects of signing contract, production planning organization and finished products warehouse management, etc. So that it can be more suitable to the production and management mode of Baotou Steel and effectively improve the management level in Heavy Plate Area of Baotou steel.
