目的

研究建立铝合金材料性能一体化数字化检测技术。

方法

以6061、7075、2024 3种常用铝合金为研究对象,采用数字化力学检测、激光超声无损检测、电化学检测结合变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition, VMD)降噪处理与数据闭环技术,对其力学性能、微观结构、耐腐蚀性进行系统检测。

结果

3种铝合金力学性能检测相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)均不大于0.90%,激光超声检测误检率小于等于0.9%、检测误差小于等于1.2%,耐腐蚀性检测误差小于等于1.2%,检测数据与传统标准方法一致性良好。

结论

该数字化检测体系精准可靠、效率高,可实现铝合金多性能一体化无损检测,能有效替代传统检测方法,推动金属材料检测行业向数字化、智能化发展。

目的
