目的 探讨水质检测实验室设备管理策略对实验检测精度的影响，优化实验室设备管理策略，提升实验检测精度。
方法 选取2024年—2025年金川县环境监测实验室pH、汞、氨氮、总氮等项目实验室分析数据，通过t检验和χ2分析实施精细化设备管理策略前后4项常规检测指标的精密度、准确度及异常数据率的变化情况，评估实验室仪器设备管理策略调整对实验室检测精度的影响。
结果 实验室精细化管理实施后，pH检测重复性标准差由0.23降至0.19 （P<0.01），氨氮重复性标准差由0.81降至0.32 （P<0.05），pH相对误差由2.74%降至1.54%（P<0.01），汞、氨氮、总氮的相对误差分别下降56.1%、20.5%、21.0%，异常数据率均下降10%以上，设备故障率下降38.5%，荧光强度漂移量下降26.4%。
结论 系统化的设备管理策略可有效提升实验室检测精度，提升设备运行稳定性，提高实验室分析重复性，降低实验室分析误差，减少实验异常数据率。
