目的

优化路面黏层复合改性沥青材料性能,提升层间黏结与耐久稳定性。

方法

以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, SBS)改性剂、橡胶粉掺量及黏层油洒布量为变量,设计5组试件,经浸水老化预处理后施加层间剪切应力,测试力学性能。

结果

黏层油洒布量1.2 kg/m2的组合黏结强度最优,SBS改性剂掺量4%的组合剪切黏结强度保留率最高,说明抗水老化性能最优。

结论

明确各参数对材料性能的影响规律,为工程中黏层材料配比优化及路面层间长期稳定提供技术支撑。

目的
