医学实验中心是进行医学教学和科研的重要场所，其安全状况直接关系到师生安全和科研秩序。本文以南通理工学院医学实验中心为例，分析现状并探索系统化安全管理体系的构建路径。研究引入智能检测技术和数字孪生平台，平台可根据智能检测设备采集到的相对光单位值、挥发性有机化合物浓度等检测数据进行自动预警，若检测数据超出阈值，人工智能预测模型就可以自动预警，给出风险的位置、等级等信息，并推送给相关责任人。实践证明实施新的安全管理体系后，医学实验中心安全隐患整改响应时间减少42%，安全事故发生比率下降67%，可为高校医学实验中心智能化安全管理提供参考。
