目的 系统分析从样品接收到数据上报全流程的关键控制点，建立全流程精细化操作方案，确保农产品农药残留检测结果的准确性，提升能力验证的通过率。
方法 以本实验室参加的2025年山西省农产品质量安全检测技术能力验证为例，采用GB 23200.121—2021《食品安全国家标准植物源性食品中311种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定液相色谱-质谱联用法》标准，通过QuEChERS前处理结合液相色谱-串联质谱法（liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS）测定黄瓜和梨中10种农药残留，并利用空白基质加标进行过程质量控制。
结果 最终能力验证考核结果为“满意”，黄瓜中检出啶虫脒、克百威、腐霉利，梨中检出啶虫脒、克百威、腐霉利，其余农药未检出。加标回收率为90%~110%，平行样品相对标准偏差均低于5%，表明方法精密度与准确度良好。
结论 要确保能力验证结果准确可靠，关键在于实施覆盖“人、机、料、法、环、测”的全流程精细化控制，特别是在样品均质化、前处理操作规范性、基质效应校正、仪器状态监控及数据审核等环节。本研究总结的质控要点可为同类实验室提供系统性的实操参考。
