Objective To understand the sanitary condition of secondarywater supply in jinan railway area and provide scientific basis forrailway departments to improve secondary water supply. Methods Accordingto ( Standard test method for drinking water $\}$ , we sampled and tested the waterquality. On the basis of $《$ Hygienic specification for facilities of secondary water supply》, weanalyzed the data about engineering acceptance and daily detection waterquality. Results Daily detection of secondary water supply qualifiedrate was ${82.69}\%$ , higher thanengineering acceptance of secondary water supply qualified rate ${65.77}\%\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ .Acoording to the daily detection qualified rate analysis of secondarywater supply, the qualified rate of water supply from living area,passenger station, well of the train track and train water tank wasdecreased successively. The difference of the qualification rate amongthe sampling locations is statistically significant $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ ; Thequalified rate in each month is all above ${74}\%$ . The qualified rate in March,April, June and September is below 80%.Soil microbial indicators anddisinfectant indicators qualified rate trend consistent with allindicators qualified rate trend. The qualified rate of ex-factory waterwas ${90.54}\%$ , which was higherthan ${81.19}\%$ of peripheral water $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ . Theunqualified soil microbial indicators and disinfectant indicators arethe main factors causing the unqualified secondary water supply. Conclusion The qualified rate of secondary water supply in jinan railwayarea is higher than other water supply types, but there are hiddendangers in the health situation. The supervision of secondary watersupply should have further strengthen.

目的 了解集团公司济南辖区二次供水卫生状况,探索改善铁路二次供水系统的水质对职工健康影响的思路。方法 按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行采样与检测,依据《二次供水设施卫生规范》进行评价,分别对工程验收和日常检测水质进行统计分析。结果 二次供水的日常检测合格率 82.69%,高于工程验收合格率 ${65.77}\%\left({P<{0.05}}\right)$ 。二次供水的日常检测合格率分析,生活区、客运车站、股道上水井和列车水箱供水合格率依次降低,不同采样地点合格率差异有统计学意义( $P <{0.05}$ );所有月份合格率均在 74%以上,3 月、4 月、6 月和 9 月合格率均在 80%以下,微生物指标和消毒剂指标合格率变化趋势与全指标合格率变化趋势一致;出厂水合格率90.54%,高于末梢水合格率 81.19%( $P<{0.05}$ );微生物指标及消毒剂指标不合格是引起二次供水不合格的主要因素。 结论集团公司济南辖区二次供水合格率较高,但卫生状况存在隐患,应进一步加强对二次供水的监管。

目的 了解集团公司济南辖区二次供水卫生状况,探索改善铁路二次供水系统的水质对职工健康影响的思路。方法 按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行采样与检测,依据《二次供水设施卫生规范》进行评价,分别对工程验收和日常检测水质进行统计分析。结果 二次供水的日常检测合格率 82.69%,高于工程验收合格率 ${65.77}\%\left({P<{0.05}}\right)$ 。二次供水的日常检测合格率分析,生活区、客运车站、股道上水井和列车水箱供水合格率依次降低,不同采样地点合格率差异有统计学意义( $P <{0.05}$ );所有月份合格率均在 74%以上,3 月、4 月、6 月和 9 月合格率均在 80%以下,微生物指标和消毒剂指标合格率变化趋势与全指标合格率变化趋势一致;出厂水合格率90.54%,高于末梢水合格率 81.19%( $P<{0.05}$ );微生物指标及消毒剂指标不合格是引起二次供水不合格的主要因素。 结论集团公司济南辖区二次供水合格率较高,但卫生状况存在隐患,应进一步加强对二次供水的监管。

Objective To understand the sanitary condition of secondarywater supply in jinan railway area and provide scientific basis forrailway departments to improve secondary water supply. Methods Accordingto ( Standard test method for drinking water $\}$ , we sampled and tested the waterquality. On the basis of $《$ Hygienic specification for facilities of secondary water supply》, weanalyzed the data about engineering acceptance and daily detection waterquality. Results Daily detection of secondary water supply qualifiedrate was ${82.69}\%$ , higher thanengineering acceptance of secondary water supply qualified rate ${65.77}\%\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ .Acoording to the daily detection qualified rate analysis of secondarywater supply, the qualified rate of water supply from living area,passenger station, well of the train track and train water tank wasdecreased successively. The difference of the qualification rate amongthe sampling locations is statistically significant $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ ; Thequalified rate in each month is all above ${74}\%$ . The qualified rate in March,April, June and September is below 80%.Soil microbial indicators anddisinfectant indicators qualified rate trend consistent with allindicators qualified rate trend. The qualified rate of ex-factory waterwas ${90.54}\%$ , which was higherthan ${81.19}\%$ of peripheral water $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ . Theunqualified soil microbial indicators and disinfectant indicators arethe main factors causing the unqualified secondary water supply. Conclusion The qualified rate of secondary water supply in jinan railwayarea is higher than other water supply types, but there are hiddendangers in the health situation. The supervision of secondary watersupply should have further strengthen.

生活饮用水与健康息息相关 [ 1 ] ,饮用水中微生物超标,是影响人体健康的重要原因 [ 2 ] 。二次供水是目前铁路生活区、客运车站、股道上水主要供水方式, 随着高铁旅客运输作用越发突出,铁路饮水安全也面临一些挑战 [ 3 ] 。近年来某集团公司济南辖区内为了改善供水质量, 推行改水措施, 越来越多的自备井改为二次供水, 整体供水质量得以改善, 但是, 随之而来的二次供水的卫生学问题也越来越显现。因此, 我们对 2010-2019 年济南辖区二次供水水质检测结果进行分析, 掌握二次供水的水质动态变化, 有效预防和控制介水性疾病的发生和流行, 提出完善管理机制的建议, 为保障广大职工及旅客饮用水安全和职工健康管理相关政策制定提供依据。
2010-2019 年度济南铁路辖区内生活饮用水检测水样。日常检测水样是按照年度工作计划, 分别对职工及家属生活区、客运车站、列车股道上水、列车水箱供水进行采样, 工程验收检测水样是对新建、改建、扩建铁路二次供水工程在投入使用前的供水。
所有采集样本由专业技术人员按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006) 标准要求, 对相应供水进行采集、保存、 运送和检测。由于列车水箱无消毒设备,其供水未检测消毒剂指标。
依据《二次供水设施卫生规范》(GB 17051-1997) 规定的项目进行检测,感官指标有:色度、浑浊度、臭和味、肉眼可见物; 微生物指标有:菌落总数、总大肠菌群,当检出总大肠菌群时, 应进一步检验大肠埃希氏菌或耐热大肠菌群;一般化学指标有: 、总硬度、挥发酚类、氯化物、铁、锰、耗氧量、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮;毒理学指标有:氰化物、硝酸盐 (以 计)、砷、铬 (六价)、铅、亚硝酸盐氮;消毒剂指标有: 游离余氯或二氧化氯、 亚氯酸盐 ( 根据消毒剂情况选择检测 )。
检验结果依据《二次供水设施卫生规范》进行评价,有 1 项及以上项目不合格, 即判为该份水质不合格。消毒效果判断标准:消毒剂指标与微生物均合格的供水判定为达到消毒效果; 反之, 消毒剂指标和 (或) 微生物不合格判定为未达到消毒效果。
使用 SPSS29.0 进行统计分析,率的比较采用 ${\chi }^{2}$ 检验,检验水准取 $\alpha ={0.05}$
2010-2019 年共采集新投入使用的二次供水工程验收水样 111 份, 合格 73 份, 合格率为 65.77%; 日常检测水样 1381 份, 合格 1142 份, 合格率 82.69%, 两者合格率差异有统计学意义 $\left({{\chi }^{2}= {19.47}, P <{0.001}}\right)$ 。新投入使用二次供水的水源水为市政供水, 水质各项指标合格, 但是二次供水出水的水质出现不合格现象。 调查发现, 供水水质不合格多与新建的二次供水的消毒设备未及时启用、蓄水设施施工垃圾未清除 [ 4 ] 、管网未冲洗或存在渗漏、 使用初期供水循环过慢 [ 5 ] 等因素有关。
济南辖区 2010-2019 年日常检测的二次供水合格率为 82.69%,高于王松松等 [ 6 ] 对烟台市 2014-2016 年二次供水合格率 (73.33%)。虽然二次供水合格率较高,但也存在一些问题, 需要进一步改善, 如出厂水合格率高于末梢水合格率, 管网末梢水合格率较低的原因可能是因供水管网老化、渗漏、管网内消毒剂余量不足 [ 7 ] 等。前三类不合格指标依次为微生物指标、消毒剂指标和一般化学指标,水质超标主要为微生物指标, 与代飞飞等 [ 8 ] 报道的 2016 年潍坊市居民生活饮用水检测结果一致, 详见 表 1
全指标合格率:所有月份二次供水合格率均在 74% 以上, 3 月、4 月、6 月和 9 月合格率均在 80% 以下, 9 月合格率最低, 为 74.81%;其他月份合格率均在 80% 以上,12 月合格率最高, 为 98.53%;不同月份合格率差异有统计学意义 ( $P <{0.05}$ )。
各类指标合格率:微生物指标:与 1 月比较,3 月( ${\chi }^{2}= {16.75}$ )、 4 月 $\left({{\chi }^{2}= {15.54}}\right)\text{、}6$$\left({{\chi }^{2}= {20.30}}\right)\text{、}7$$\left({{\chi }^{2}= {8.12}}\right)\text{、}9$$\left({{\chi }^{2}= {21.41}}\right)$ 和 11 月( ${\chi }^{2}= {6.68}$ )的微生物指标合格率较低,差异有统计学意义 $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ ;消毒剂指标:3 月 $\left({{\chi }^{2}= {10.133}}\right)$ 、4 月 $\left({{\chi }^{2}= {5.66}}\right)$ 、 6 月 $\left({{\chi }^{2}= {10.32}}\right)\text{、}8$$\left({{\chi }^{2}= {11.44}}\right)$ 和 11 月 $\left({{\chi }^{2}= {4.05}}\right)$ 的消毒剂指标合格率较低,差异有统计学意义 $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ 。微生物指标和消毒剂指标合格率变化趋势与全指标合格率变化趋势一致。
二次供水管理单位若不能及时做好清洗、消毒等关键环节, 极易造成微生物指标超标和消毒剂指标不足 [ 9 - 11 ] 。特别在气温较高的季节微生物繁殖迅速, 若不能及时、足量投入消毒剂, 会造成水质质量下降。
生活区、客运车站、股道上水和列车水箱供水全指标合格率依次降低, 差异有统计学意义; 微生物指标合格率在不同采样地点间差异有统计学意义; 感官指标、一般化学指标、毒理学指标、消毒剂指标在不同采样地点间差异无统计学意义。
全指标合格率:配置消毒设施的 903 份水质合格率为 86.60%,无消毒设施的 478 份水质合格率为 75.31%,两者合格率差异有统计学意义 $\left({{\chi }^{2}= {40.34}, P <{0.05}}\right)$ 。出厂水全指标合格率为 90.54%,末梢水全指标合格率为 85.32%,两者全指标合格率差异有统计学意义 $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$ 。无消毒措施均为列车水箱供水, 其中动车组水箱供水全指标合格率为 65.37%; 普速列车水箱供水全指标合格率为 82.78%,两者指标合格率差异有统计学意义 $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$
有消毒措施的 903 份二次供水,消毒达标率为 88.59%。其中, 出厂水消毒达标率为 92.79%,末梢水消毒达标率为 87.22%, 两者消毒达标率差异有统计学意义 $\left({P <{0.05}}\right)$
说明有效的消毒措施能显著提高水质合格率。提高二次供水合格率,首先要解决消毒剂指标合格率偏低的问题 [ 12 ] ,督促供水单位做好水质消毒处理 [ 13 ] ,提高消毒达标率,确保供水中消毒剂含量符合卫生要求。
影响旅客列车车厢供水的因素主要有上水设备设施 (上水管拴、车厢注水口等)受到污染 [ 14 ] ,管网没有及时清洗消毒 [ 15 ] ,
列车水箱消毒周期过长等。无消毒措施的 478 份列车水箱供水, 动车组水箱供水合格率低于普速列车水箱供水,与黎有田等 [ 16 ] 报道的江苏铁路地区 2010-2014 年 487 份旅客列车二次供水水质检测结果恰恰相反。新型动车组采取增压供水方式, 水箱及管网密闭性较好, 但这也增加了供水设施的清洗消毒难度 [ 17 ] , 高速动车组运行越久, 且不能采取有效的清洗消毒措施, 供水水质就会逐步下降,甚至比普速列车差。
当今社会快速发展, 人们对对美好生活的追求越来越高, 更加关注自身健康,对饮水品质要求不再局限于卫生,而是立足于安全且有益健康。中国科学院城市环境研究所对厦门市的二次供水系统进行了季节性采样和分析。研究发现 [ 18 ] ,尽管二次供水系统的水质可以达到我国生活饮用水卫生标准的要求, 但基于 PMA-qPCR 的结果显示,二次供水系统实际上可能会提高用户面临的饮用水微生物学风险。二次供水系统存在许多问题 [ 19 ] ,如余氯衰减、水温升高、金属浸出、微生物生长等,这些问题可能导致水质恶化,影响居民的饮用水安全和健康。二次供水系统中的水质变化, 将直接影响到居民龙头水的水质, 从而影响到居民的健康。济南辖区二次供水水质比较稳定,水质合格率较高,但仍存在影响二次供水卫生的风险因素 [ 20 ] ,如新投入使用的二次供水的仍然存在管网冲洗不及时或渗漏等污染因素, 未能有效采取清洗消毒的供水在气温较高的季节微生物繁殖迅速; 尽管清洗消毒是保障供水安全的重要措施, 但是仍然有部分供水无法落实清洗消毒措施。以上二次供水安全影响因素, 应引起各部门的高度重视, 建议采取综合治理措施, 降低饮水安全风险。措施包括以下几方面:(1)强化饮水管理措施。完善相关管理制度,督促制度落实。(2) 做到医防教融合。 在落实职工三个防护措施的同时, 融合预防和控制介水性疾病的措施, 通过持续不断的努力, 使职工群体健康水平持续提升。(3)提升自我管理能力。积极创新职工健康管理模式, 积极引导职工掌握自我管理和日常保健的方法, 学会改变不合理的行为方式, 尤其是不饮用生水, 出现身体不适科学就医和合理用药, 自觉学习健康知识,不断提高自我健康管理能力 [ 21 ] ,以达到促进健康的目的。
