Objective Explore the method of using gas-phase molecularabsorption spectroscopy to determine the ammonia content in unorganizedexhaust gas emissions. Methods Explore the detection method from theaspects of detection limit, calibration curve, precision and accuracy,and compare it with the national standard method. Results Theexperimental results showed that there was a good linear relationshipbetween ammonia concentration and absorbance within the range of $0 \sim 2\mathrm{{mg}}/\mathrm{L}$ , with acorrelation coefficient of 0.9999 . The detection limit of the methodwas ${0.1}\mathrm{{\mug}}/{10}\mathrm{\;{mL}}$ . By measuring the standard sample andconducting spiked recovery tests on the actual sample, the relativestandard deviation RSD of the experimental results was ${0.3}\%\sim {1.5}\%$ , the relative errorwas $-{0.1}\%\sim {0.6}\%$ , and thespiked recovery rate was ${97.1}\%\sim {99.5}\%$ . Compared with thenational standard method, there is no significant difference in theresults obtained by this method. Conclusion This method does not requirepre-treatment, does not use highly toxic reagents, has stronganti-interference ability, and can accurately detect the content ofammonia in the unorganized discharge sample. 目的 探讨采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定无组织排放废气中氨含量的方法。方法 从检出限、校准曲线、精密度与正确度等方面探讨该检测方法,并与国标方法进行比对。结果 氨质量浓度在 $0\sim 2\mathrm{{mg}}/\mathrm{L}$ 范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数为 0.9999,方法检出限为 ${0.1\mu}\mathrm{g}/{10}\mathrm{\;{mL}}$ ,通过测定标准样品及对实际样品进行加标回收试验,实验结果的相对标准偏差RSD为 0.3%~1.5%,相对误差为 -0.1%~0.6%,加标回收率为97.1%~99.5%。与国家标准方法比较, 该方法测定结果没有显著性差异。结论 该方法无需进行前处理, 不使用剧毒试剂, 抗干扰能力强,检测结果准确度高,精密度好,适用于测定无组织排放样品中氨的含量。
