Objective To explore the implementation effect of thequality improvement model based on the backtracking system in thehospital inspection department. Methods 102 patients who implemented theconventional quality management model in the inspection department ofthe hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as thecontrol group, and 102 patients who implemented the quality improvementmodel based on the quality management system in the inspectiondepartment of the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 wereselected as the observation group. The two groups of inspectiondepartment personnel (24) are all members of the same group.Compare theassessment and scoring of the two groups of inspection departmentpersonnel, the quality of the inspection and the patient satisfaction.
