目的 建立原子荧光光谱法测定同一批金银花药材中重金属以及类金属含量是否符合标准,为抗病毒中药资源的安全性提供理论支持。方法 利用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定金银花中砷、锑、铋的含量。通过更加便捷、快速的微波消解法对金银花样品进行预处理,绘制标准曲线,并使用原子荧光光谱法对金银花中重金属以及类金属含量进行测定。结果 砷的标准曲线方程为: y=109.11x+5.3162, r2=0.9999,锑的标准曲线方程为: y=85.8956x+10.414, r2=0.9991,铋的标准曲线为:y=88.683x9.459, r2=0.9994,得出金银花中砷、锑、铋的含量依次为0.0298 mg/kg、0.0365 mg/kg、0.1569 mg/kg。测得砷、锑、铋的检出限砷依次为0.0746 µg/L、0.0379 µg/L、0.1575 µg/L;测得砷、锑、铋的加标回收率分别在98.3%~100.14%、97.80%~102.60%、98.24%~102.56%之间。结论 金银花样品中砷、铋、锑的含量符合限定标准,该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、准确度好等优点,适用于金银花中重金属以及类金属含量的测定。本研究为金银花的质量控制及安全评价提供了有效的技术手段。
