目的 准确测定生活饮用水中铁、锰、铜、锌、铅、镉六种金属元素含量,为水质监测提供科学依据。方法 采用火焰原子吸收测定法,结合富集法处理样品,优化灯电流、光谱宽带、负高压、燃气流量等参数,维持测量准确稳定。对10份生活饮用水样品进行测定,计算相对标准偏差(RSD)和加标回收率以评估方法精密度和准确性。结果 样品中铁、锰、铜、锌含量均低且稳定,铅和镉含量远低于国家规定限值。RSD在可接受范围内,各元素回收率在95%105%之间,方法精密度和准确性良好。结论 本文改进方法准确、快速、灵敏,满足水质监测需求。
