目的 探究二磷酸腺苷调控羟基磷灰石在牙釉质的脫矿和再矿化中的作用与机理,以阻止牙釉质进一步脱矿及预防龋病发生。方法 通过二磷酸腺苷调控羟基磷灰石纳米颗粒的组装和融合,实现釉质原位再矿化,通过SEM 形貌分析和硬度测试来证明其原位矿化效果。结果 本文通过硬度测试与SEM形貌分析,发现使用二磷酸腺苷调控羟基磷灰石的再矿化手段使得牙齿硬度与未脫矿的牙齿硬度基本持平,形貌也与未脫矿的牙齿形貌接近,平整且无脱矿后的粗糙表面。结论 使用二磷酸腺苷调控羟基磷灰石能够实现牙齿的再矿化,能够恢复至脱矿前的牙齿硬度和形貌水平。
