透射电镜(Transmission electron microscope,TEM)以其超高分辨率和多模态成像能力,成为解析纳米材料微观结构和性能关系的关键工具。然而,高能电子束对样品的辐射损伤及动态检测中的结构稳定性问题限制了TEM 在无损检测领域的广泛应用。本文以纳米材料无损检测为研究核心,系统分析了当前基于 TEM 检测技术在高分辨率成像中的电子束损伤、动态检测中的样品稳定性平衡及多维数据处理的关键技术瓶颈。针对这些问题,提出了优化策略,包括低电子束高精度成像技术、多模态成像的综合应用及数据智能化处理方法。研究表明,通过优化电子束剂量、结合高灵敏探测器及低温成像,可以在降低样品损伤的同时获得高分辨率图像;多模态成像技术整合了HAADF、EELS和EDS等功能,实现了对纳米材料晶体结构和化学组成的多维解析;引入人工智能辅助的数据处理策略,大幅提升了动态检测的效率和精确度。
