目的 研究徐州地区市售现制奶茶中山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜和阿力甜的含量,为研究食品添加剂暴露水平与人群健康之间的关系提供数据支持。方法 抽取39份现制奶茶样品,经前处理后使用高效液相色谱法测定。结果 现制奶茶中均有山梨酸、苯甲酸、阿斯巴甜和阿力甜,其中苯甲酸检出率18%,山梨酸检出率18%,阿斯巴甜检出率5%,阿力甜检出率8%,糖精钠未检出。结论 徐州市市售现制奶茶中5种添加剂总体使用情况良好,但作为防腐剂使用的山梨酸、苯甲酸检出率偏高,且易受人为因素影响,有较高的超量使用风险。监管部门应定期抽查,加强监管。
