目的 探究新的电动机热试验负载施加方法,以更准确地评估小功率电动机在实际负载下的温升。方法 本研究以电泵为例,先进行电泵的热试验,然后以该电泵配套的电动机作为试验样品,分别采用额定功率加载法和热稳功率加载法来开展电动机热试验,收集并分析试验数据,再通过对比两种方法下电动机热试验的绕组温升与电泵热试验的绕组温升之差来确定更为贴近电泵热试验绕组温升的负载施加方法。结果 额定功率加载法下,电动机主绕组与电泵热试验时主绕组温升偏差为9.6K,副绕组偏差为7.6K;热稳功率加载法下,主绕组温升偏差为0.3K,副绕组偏差为1.2K。结论 采用热稳功率加载法来开展电动机热试验,能够更准确评估带实际负载电动机的温升,也更契合电动机在实际情况中的工作状态。
