目的 建立一种用于测定食品中含卤素类农药残留的气相色谱方法。方法 采用气相色谱法测定食品中含卤素类农药残留方法,前期需处理样品,包括称量、粉碎、萃取、过滤和旋转蒸发等步骤,之后配制农药标准物质储备液,绘制标准曲线,最后通过加标回收率检测评估方法准确性。结果 结果显示气相色谱法具有较好的线性关系,且灵敏度满足测定要求;该方法对不同卤素类农药的加标回收率高,均大于 85%。结论 本研究方法的检测准确性高,具有高分辨率、高灵敏度、高选择性和快速分析等优势,适用于含卤素类农药残留的测定,能够满足快速测定的要求。
