目的 建立一种反向高效液相色谱分析方法,同时检测鲜金银花样品中绿原酸与木犀草苷的含量。方法 该方法采用了超声波辅助萃取作为样品预处理手段,并对提取溶剂、温度及流动相等关键参数进行了优化。结果 实验结果显示,在0.5~100.0 mg/mL 的浓度范围内,两种化合物展现出优秀的线性关系,相关系数r>0.999。此外,该方法的加标回收率范围为96%~108%,重复性RSD分别为2.05%和2.44%。结论 本文提出的方法操作简便且结果精确,适用于鲜金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷含量的准确测定,能够为鲜金银花活性成分的定量分析提供可靠的工具,有助于其质量控制和药效评价。
