目的 利用气相色谱质谱联用技术(GCMS),研究水质污染物中有机农药及持久性污染物的高效分析方法,提升检测精度和适用性,为环境污染纠纷解决及司法鉴定提供技术支持。方法 通过采集工业废水、城市污水和地表水样品,采用液液萃取法进行样品预处理,并优化提取条件以减少基质干扰。经GCMS分析,调整程序升温条件、选择离子监测模式及多重内标校正策略,验证方法的精密度、灵敏度及基质校正效果。结果 校准曲线的线性范围为0.01~500 µg/L(苯系物)、0.02~200 µg/L (PAHs)、0.05~100 µg/L(农药残留物),相关系数(r2)均大于0.999。检出限分别为苯0.05 µg/L、萘 0.02 µg/L、滴滴涕 0.03 µg/L,校正后地表水目标物回收率由 75.4%提高至91.2%。结论 GCMS方法展现出高灵敏度、高精密度及良好的抗基质干扰能力,为水质污染物司法鉴定提供了可靠的技术支持和实践价值。
