目的 探讨 Epalyzer2 Junior 全自动电泳仪对比传统电泳仪在血液制品纯度检测中的应用优势。方法 选取100份不同类型的血液制品样本,包括人血白蛋白与人免疫球蛋白。使用 Epalyzer2 Junior 全自动电泳仪和传统电泳仪分别对样本进行纯度检测,并对检测结果进行对比分析。实验过程中,记录了两种方法的检测时间、分辨率、重复性和准确性等指标,并采用统计学方法对数据进行分析。结果 Epalyzer2 Junior 电泳仪平均检测时间30min,较传统电泳仪的60 min显著缩短(P<0.001); Epalyzer2 Junior 电泳仪平均分辨率0.5mm,高于传统电泳仪的1.0 mm (P< 0.001); Epalyzer2 Junior 电泳仪重复性好,CV值2.5%,优于传统电泳仪的5.0% CV值(P<0.001); Epalyzer2 Junior 电泳仪平均偏差1.0%,优于传统电泳仪的2.5%,准确性更高(P<0.001)。结论 Epalyzer2 Junior 电泳仪在血液制品纯度检测中优势显著,检测快、准、稳,可提高检测的效率与可靠性。
