开发一种基于间苯二酚杯[4]芳烃配合物的荧光传感材料,用于选择性检测水溶液中的Fe3+与Cr2O72-。以间苯二酚杯[4]芳烃衍生物为配体,与CdCl2·2.5H2O 通过溶剂热法合成二维配合物 CdCP; 通过荧光光谱分析其发光性能,并基于其荧光淬灭效应构建离子检测平台。通过竞争性实验验证抗干扰能力,结合SternVolmer 方程计算淬灭常数以评估灵敏度。结果显示,CdCP对Fe3+和 Cr2O72-表现出优异的荧光淬灭响应,其淬灭常数(K)分别为7.272×103 L/mol 和 6.390×103 L/mol。该材料在多种共存离子环境中仍保持高选择性。表明 CdCP 可作为高效双功能荧光探针,实现对Fe3+和Cr2O72-的高灵敏和高选择性检测,在环境污染监测领域具有潜在应用价值。

开发一种基于间苯二酚杯[4]芳烃配合物的荧光传感材料,用于选择性检测水溶液中的Fe3+与Cr2O72-。以间苯二酚杯[4]芳烃衍生物为配体,与CdCl2·2.5H2O 通过溶剂热法合成二维配合物 CdCP; 通过荧光光谱分析其发光性能,并基于其荧光淬灭效应构建离子检测平台。通过竞争性实验验证抗干扰能力,结合SternVolmer 方程计算淬灭常数以评估灵敏度。结果显示,CdCP对Fe3+和 Cr2O72-表现出优异的荧光淬灭响应,其淬灭常数(K)分别为7.272×103 L/mol 和 6.390×103 L/mol。该材料在多种共存离子环境中仍保持高选择性。表明 CdCP 可作为高效双功能荧光探针,实现对Fe3+和Cr2O72-的高灵敏和高选择性检测,在环境污染监测领域具有潜在应用价值。

配位聚合物 (coordination polymers, CPs) 结构多样, 在发光检测、离子交换、磁性材料、客体选择性、 药物传递和催化等方面的优异性能,越来越受到科研工作者的关注[1-3]。间苯二酚杯 [4]芳烃具有新奇的结构、稳定性好、易于调节的空腔和可修饰的上下缘。当向间苯二酚杯 [4]芳烃中引入诸如${\mathrm{{NH}}}_{2}$、$- \mathrm{{OH}}$和-$\mathrm{{COOH}}$这类活性官能团时,能够生成具有独特结构的拓扑形态[4]。特别地,羧酸基团多样化的配位模式极大地丰富了间苯二酚杯 [4]芳烃金属配合物的结构多样性[5]。以 d10 金属离子为中心构筑的配合物,通过中心金属离子核外电子发生能级跃迁发光。多羧基富电子芳香性配体构筑的 CP 能够显著地提高发光检测性能[6]
铁是人体必需的微量元素, 对维持代谢活动至关重要, 能促进细胞发育、加速生物氧化及转化肿瘤, 并参与血红蛋白构造、氧气输送及酶和免疫系统成分生成[7]。重铬酸根离子是工业氧化剂, 溶于水难降解, 会通过食物链影响人类健康, 引发呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病和癌症等[8]。虽然人们日益重视上述离子的检测,但当前大多数的检测手段仍然依赖于价格高昂且操作复杂的大型设备, 实现快速便捷的检测仍较为困难, 亟需开发选择性检测Fe${}^{3 + }$和${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的配合物。
本文利用合成的二维配合物 Cd-CP, 建立了基于荧光淬灭效应的双离子检测方法,实现了水溶液中Fe${}^{3 + }$和${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的高选择性检测,为环境污染中重金属和阴离子的快速传感提供了新材料与技术参考。
参照文献 [9]合成配体: 将间甲氧基苯酚(40 mmol)、 乙醛(40mmol)与二氯甲烷(50mL)混合,冰浴下滴加三氟化硼乙醚(80mmol),搅拌${12}\mathrm{\;h}$,用水和$\mathrm{{NaOH}}$洗涤干燥蒸发,二氯甲烷/石油醚萃取得到白色产物。将白色产物(1.5mmol)、$4 -$(溴甲基)苯甲酸甲酯(6mmol)、${\mathrm{K}}_{2}{\mathrm{{CO}}}_{3}$(30mmol)、$\mathrm{{KI}}\left( {{0.6}\mathrm{{mmol}}}\right)$和${\mathrm{{CH}}}_{3}\mathrm{{CN}}\left( {{50}\mathrm{\;{mL}}}\right)$混合加热${12}\mathrm{\;h}$,用$\mathrm{{NaOH}}\left( {{12}\mathrm{{mmol}}}\right)$进行水解,水解后调节$\mathrm{{pH}}$值到 2。经过过滤,水洗,干燥得到${\mathrm{H}}_{4}\mathrm{\;L}$,如图 1所示。
$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$的合成及结构已被报道[10],在反应釜中加入${\mathrm{H}}_{4}\mathrm{\;L}$配体(0.051mmol)、${\mathrm{{CdCl}}}_{2} \cdot {2.5}{\mathrm{H}}_{2}\mathrm{O}\left( {{0.132}\mathrm{{mmol}}}\right)$、DMF (15mL)和${\mathrm{H}}_{2}\mathrm{O}\left( {9\mathrm{\;{mL}}}\right) ,{90}^{ \circ }\mathrm{C}$加热$3\mathrm{\;d}$,降温得到无色晶体为二维结构, 如图 2所示。
将 Cd-CP 晶体研磨成粉末,将$2\mathrm{{mg}}$粉末分别加入$3\mathrm{\;{mL}}{0.01}\mathrm{\;{mol}}/\mathrm{L}$的金属氯化物$\left( {{\mathrm{{Al}}}^{3 + }\text{、}{\mathrm{{Cd}}}^{2 + }\text{、}{\mathrm{{Na}}}^{ + }\text{、}{\mathrm{{Mg}}}^{2 + }}\right.$Cu${}^{2 + }$及Fe${}^{3 + }$) 和钾盐$\left( {{\mathrm{H}}_{2}{\mathrm{{PO}}}_{4}{}^{ - }}\right.$、${\mathrm{{HPO}}}_{4}{}^{2 - }$、${\mathrm{I}}^{ - }$、Cl${}^{ - }$、Br${}^{ - }$、${\mathrm{{NO}}}_{3}{}^{ - }$和${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$)的水溶液小瓶中,超声${20}\mathrm{\;{min}}$使之成为悬浊液,进行荧光测试。
$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物的发射光谱分别为${455}\mathrm{\;{nm}}{\left( {\lambda }_{\mathrm{{ex}}} = {367}\mathrm{\;{nm}}\right) }^{\left\lbrack {10}\right\rbrack }$, 具有良好的发光效应。
图 3所示,$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$的发光均在Fe${}^{3 + }$存在时表现出明显的淬灭现象,其他阳离子没有明显的发光淬灭现象,因此$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物可作为检测Fe${}^{3 + }$的荧光探针。
检测$\mathrm{{Cd}}$配合物可作为检测Fe${}^{3 + }$的灵敏度也是研究的内容之一。将$\mathrm{{Cd}}$配合物粉末$2\mathrm{{mg}}$分别加入浓度为$5 \times$${10}^{-3}$、$5 \times {10}^{-4}$、$5 \times {10}^{-5}\mathrm{{mol}}/\mathrm{L}$的$3\mathrm{\;{mL}}{\mathrm{{Fe}}}^{3 + }$溶液中,检测其发光性能。实验结果如图 4所示,当Fe${}^{3 + }$浓度为$5 \times$${10}^{-3}\mathrm{\;{mol}}/\mathrm{L}$时,$\mathrm{{Cd}}$配合物出现明显的发光淬灭。淬灭效应可以用 Stern-Volmer 方程${I}_{0}/I = 1 + {K}_{\mathrm{{sv}}}\left\lbrack M\right\rbrack$来解释,其中${I}_{0}$和$I$分别为$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物在没有加入Fe${}^{3 + }$和加入Fe${}^{3 + }$时的发光强度;${K}_{\mathrm{{sv}}}$为淬灭常数;$\left\lbrack M\right\rbrack$为Fe${}^{3 + }$的浓度。根据淬灭实验数据,$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物与Fe${}^{3 + }$的${K}_{\mathrm{{sv}}}$曲线的线性相关系数$R$为 0.98,表明Fe${}^{3 + }$对$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物荧光的淬灭作用符合 Stern-Volmer 模型。计算得到${K}_{\mathrm{{sv}}}$值为${7.272} \times {10}^{3}$,说明Fe${}^{3 + }$对$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物的发光有很强的淬灭作用,如图 5(左) 所示。
进一步检测$\mathrm{{Cd}}$配合物可作为检测Fe${}^{3 + }$的抗干扰性。 将Fe${}^{3 + }$与其他金属离子按体积比$1 : 1$混合进行发光检测。 检测结果发现,在Fe${}^{3 + }$的存在使$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物的发光淬灭,表明$\mathrm{{Cd}}$配合物可作为检测Fe${}^{3 + }$的发光探针具有抗干扰性,如图 5(右)所示。
基于化合物$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$对Fe${}^{3 + }$具有较高的选择性,又进行了有关阴离子的发光检测实验。如图 6所示, Cd-CP 在${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$溶液中发光出现明显淬灭,因此,本团队进一步评估了$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$对水中痕量${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的敏感性。因此,在不同浓度的${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$存在下进行浓度依赖性研究。${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$浓度从$5 \times {10}^{-5}\mathrm{\;{mol}}/\mathrm{L}$逐渐增加到$5 \times {10}^{-3}\mathrm{\;{mol}}/\mathrm{L}$, Cd-CP 的发光强度出现明显的淬灭,实验结果表明,$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$对${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$具有很强的敏感性 (图 7)。根据 Stern-Volmer 方程${I}_{0}/I = 1 + {K}_{\mathrm{{sv}}}\left\lbrack M\right\rbrack$, Cd-CP 配合物与${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的${K}_{\mathrm{{sv}}}$曲线的线性相关系数$r$为 0.99,如图 8所示,符合 Stern-Volmer 模型。 计算得到${K}_{\mathrm{{sv}}}$值为${6.390} \times {10}^{3}$,说明${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$对$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物的发光有很强的淬灭作用。
进一步检测$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$可作为检测${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的抗干扰性。 将${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$与其他阴离子按体积比$1 : 1$混合,进行发光检测。检测结果如图 9所示,在${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的存在$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物的发光淬灭,表明$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物可作为检测${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的发光探针具有抗干扰性。
本文通过间苯二酚杯 [4]芳烃衍生物配体$\mathrm{{H4L}}$合成$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$配合物,研究其发光传感性能。该材料在水相中对Fe${}^{3 + }$和${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$具有高选择性识别能力。在浓度为$5 \times$${10}^{-3}\mathrm{\;{mol}}/\mathrm{L}$时,产生显著发光淬灭,表明在识别离子方面具有灵敏性。这意味着$\mathrm{{Cd}} - \mathrm{{CP}}$可作为检测Fe${}^{3 + }$和${\mathrm{{Cr}}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}{}^{2 - }$的双功能探针, 突破传统传感器阴阳离子选择性不可兼得的技术瓶颈。因此, 本文工作不仅为基于间苯二酚杯 [4]芳烃发光配合物的设计奠定了基础,更为拓展开发便携式检测器件提供了参考。
