目的 本文作者为研究气相色谱法的水中磷元素检测方法。方法 采用Agilent 7890A气相色谱仪配备氮磷检测器(NPD)和HP5MS 毛细管色谱柱(0.32mm×30m, 0.25 µm),针对加标样品及对应平行样品进行了多次重复测定,以计算其精密度和准确度。结果 气相色谱法能够有效满足水中低浓度磷的检测需求,且在不同浓度范围内均表现出较好的稳定性,适用于环境水体中磷元素的定量分析。各浓度水平的测定值 RSD 标准偏差较小,表明气相色谱法具有良好的重现性和稳定性,适用于水中磷元素的精确分析。气相色谱法最低检出限分别为0.12 µg/L和0.14 µg/L,显著低于传统分光光度法,反映出更高的灵敏度。RSD方面,气相色谱法在两种干扰条件下均低于4%,而传统分光光度法均高于7%,显示气相色谱法的精密度更优。加标回收率上,气相色谱法在有机物和金属离子条件下分别为98.72%和97.88%,远高于传统分光光度法,证明气相色谱法在复杂水样中的测定准确性和抗干扰能力更强。结论 水体中的磷元素是引发富营养化的重要污染物,过量的磷排放可导致水体藻类水华及生态系统失衡,严重影响水资源的可持续利用与生态环境健康。因此,气相色谱法在低浓度磷的检测中表现出较高的灵敏度和准确性,适用于复杂水样的磷含量分析。
