目的 本研究聚焦于药品质量控制关键环节,深入探究基于高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对乙酰氨基酚片中乙酰氨基酚的定性定量分析方法。方法 选取不同生产批次的对乙酰氨基酚片作为研究对象,使用超声波清洗器促进样品在溶剂内分散与溶解,制作不同比例甲醇水体系进行对比,通过液相色谱对乙酰氨基酚的有效含量定性分析;借助离心机快速分离样品溶液中的不溶物,并用电子天平精准,对乙酰氨基酚片中乙酰氨基酚成分定量分析。结果 在优化的色谱条件下,对乙酰氨基酚与相邻杂质峰的分离度达到1.8,峰形对称。仪器的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%,表明仪器性能稳定,进样重复性好。重复性试验RSD为0.3%,说明该方法对同一批样品的分析具有良好的重现性。稳定性试验RSD为0.5%,显示供试品溶液在12h内性质稳定。加样回收率平均为99.7%,RSD为0.8%。结论 该方法能快速且精准地完成乙酰氨基酚片有效成分的定性定量分析,为乙酰氨基酚片质量把控提供坚实技术支撑,对相关药品研发、生产及监管意义重大。
