为解决现阶段有机磷农药检测流程复杂且准确性不足的问题,实现饮用水中有机磷农药残留的快速检测。本文提出基于表面增强拉曼光谱的检测方法,分析表面增强拉曼光谱的检测作用能力,并利用硝酸银、柠檬酸三钠、SERS 基底材料等试剂与材料设计实验检测方法。通过实验验证了基于表面增强拉曼光谱的方法能够对饮用水中的有机磷农药残留进行有效检测。结果表明该方法可实现饮用水中有机磷农药残留的快速检测,为解决有机磷农药残留所带来的食品安全与环境污染问题的检测环节提供了一种有效途径,具有重要的实际应用价值。
