目的通过检测原材料的质量、分析水泥稳定碎石配合比设计方法和验证水泥稳定碎石的性能等工作,为公路路面水稳基层施工提供指导,保障工程质量和延长使用寿命。方法 本研究从原材料、集料摻配比例、水泥剂量、无侧限抗压强度和容许延迟时间等方面进行了试验检测分析。结果集料摻配比例为19~31.5 mm 碎石:9.5~19 mm碎石:4.75~9.5mm碎石:0~4.75mm 细集料=32:22:20:26(质量比),水泥掺量为4.0%,最大干密度为2.3717 g/cm³,最佳含水率为4.92%,无侧限抗压强度代表值为4.35 MPa, EDTA 标准曲线公式为y=2.205x+0.26(x为水泥剂量; y为 ETDA 二钠标准溶液消耗量),容许延迟时间为3.16h。结论水泥稳定碎石配合比满足技术要求,EDTA 标准曲线能够指导路面基层施工中的水泥剂量试验检测,容许延迟时间能够较好地满足实际工程项目施工情况。
