目的 为进行实验室检测方法验证,确认实验室具备检测饮用水中12种挥发性有机物(三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、甲苯、苯、四氯乙烯、乙苯、苯乙烯、异丙苯、氯苯、1,4二氯苯、1,2二氯苯)的能力。方法 实验参考《水质 挥发性有机物的测定 吹扫捕集/气相色谱质谱法》,依据《环境监测分析方法标准制订技术导则》,从人、机、料、环、法等方面开展方法验证。结果 12种挥发性有机物检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度均符合标准方法要求,方法验证过程中的试剂、环境条件、仪器设备均符合检测要求。结论 通过此次方法验证实验,证实了实验室具有吹扫捕集/气相色谱质谱法测定饮用水中12种挥发性有机物的条件和能力。
