目的 探讨两种气相色谱法测定苯系物标准样品的方法,优化标准样品考核工作方法。方法 用直接进样气相色谱法与顶空气相色谱法,分别测定苯系物标准样品,对两种方法的原理、测试步骤、曲线的线性、结果精密度和准确度等进行了对比分析。结果 两种方法都能满足对苯系物标准样品分析的及时性和准确性要求,顶空气相色谱方法的检出限、精密度和准确度等优于直接进样气相色谱法,直接进样气相色谱法在操作上更加简单快捷,线性更好。结论 在苯系物标准样品考核时,建议先采用直接进样气相色谱法,再采用顶空气相色谱法加以验证,能提升考核效率和提高结果准确性。
