目的 建立微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海娜粉样品中13种元素的方法,为进一步研究海娜粉中微量元素与毒性之间的关系提供实验数据支撑。方法 海娜粉样品经过微波消解仪消化定容后,采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法对6个厂家生产的海娜粉中的13种元素进行测定。结果 本方法的相对标准偏差均不超过5.0%,加标回收率在93.1%~103.5%。结论 本法用于海娜粉中13种微量元素的检测,具有简便、快速、准确,灵敏度及精密度高等优点。6个厂家的海娜粉样品中Cr、Ba元素含量有显著区别,为进一步研究海娜粉中微量元素与毒性之间的关系提供实验数据支撑。
