目的 建立活性炭净化 离子色谱检测污泥中氟含量的方法。方法 使用活性炭净化离子色谱法对污泥样本进行采集、消解、净化处理,通过氟标准曲线对净化后的污泥样本进行离子色谱测定。结果 氟离子浓度在1.0~50.0 µg/mL 范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为Y=5832.4X+134.7,相关系数r2=0.9995。对多个污泥样品进行测定,结果表明不同来源的污泥中氟含量存在差异,范围为49.2~285.0 mg/kg。对污泥样品进行6次加标回收实验,加标量为10 µg/mL,测定结果计算得到加标回收率在92.5%~105.0%之间,平均加标回收率 为98.0%。对同一污泥样品连续测定6次,计算相对标准偏差为2.1%,提示该方法具有较好的准确性和重复性。结论 活性炭净化离子色谱法在污泥氟含量测定领域优势突出。该方法对污泥样本净化效能卓越,可大幅减少干扰因素。
