水是人类生存必不可少的元素,水质安全的保障是人类健康和生态发展的重要基石。传统的水质安全评价方法主要是检测各项污染物的浓度并与标准限值对比判断是否超标,但仍存在一定不足,不同污染物之间相互作用产生的影响无法用单独检测各项污染物浓度的方式反映。生物毒性检测可以直观、全面地展示水体所有污染物的综合毒性特征,可作为传统理化指标检测的补充。本文通过文献调研梳理了国内外生物毒性检测技术研究发展历程,并总结了当前水质评价中常用的生物毒性测试方法和最新应用现状,为水质检测技术的完善和发展提供参考。
