目的建立一种高灵敏度、选择性强的气相色谱质谱联用方法,用于准确测定水质中的乙草胺残留。方法采用固相萃取净化水样,利用选择离子监测模式进行定量分析,优化分析条件并验证方法性能。结果方法在0.1~100.0 µg/L 范围内线性良好(r2=0.9999),检出限为0.025 µg/L,加标回收率为89.3%~98.7%,相对标准偏差小于7%。9个水源样品中乙草胺普遍检出,浓度范围为0.02~0.21 µg/L,地表水浓度较高。结论本方法灵敏、准确,适用于饮用水中乙草胺的常规监测和污染预警。
