目的 建立基于电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICPMS)的快速检测方法,实现上海黄浦江地表水体中铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)6种重金属元素的高效同步分析,为流域水质监测提供科学依据。方法 采用直接进样结合多元素同步检测模式,通过系统调谐优化锥孔位置、射频功率、雾化气流速等核心仪器参数,构建“样品仪器”高效响应体系;引入钪(45Sc)、锗(74Ge)、铟(115In)和铼(187Re)四内标校正体系和碰撞反应池技术,有效减少了水体基质干扰和质谱干扰,提升了检测的稳定性和准确度。结果 方法学验证显示,各元素线性相关系数(r2)均优于0.999,方法检出限为0.03~0.32 µg/L,地表水实际样品加标回收率范围在81.0%~109%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.45%~8.7%。采用水质标准物质验证,所有元素测定值均在质控范围内。结论 本方法具备多元素同步检测、灵敏度高、重复性好的技术优势,适用于流域水体重金属污染筛查及长期监测工作,为环境风险预警提供可靠的分析手段。
