目的 探究革兰染色法和细菌培养法两种不同检验方法用于阴道细菌检验的比较效果差异,旨在选出合适的检测方法,保证检验结果的准确性。方法 收集、整理白山市人民医院2020年5月—2022年5月期间疑似阴道炎并进行阴道细菌检验的患者病历资料,纳入68例,对其临床检验情况展开回顾性研究。对比不同检验方法的检测时间、阴道细菌类型检出情况。以Amsel 临床诊断标准为“金标准”,对比两种检验方法的诊断效能(检测敏感性、特异度及检测符合率)。结果 革兰染色法检测时间(0.47±0.09)h短于细菌培养法(3.87±1.15)h,比较差异显著(P<0.05);细菌培养法对霉菌(58.82%)、淋病奈瑟菌(61.67%)、肠球菌(20.59%)、加德纳菌(50.00%)、棒状杆菌(23.53%)的检出率高于革兰染色法 11.76%、16.18%、7.35%、29.41%、8.82%,比较差异显著(P<0.05);细菌培养法的检测敏感性、特异度及检测符合率均高于革兰染色法,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 与革兰染色法比较,细菌培养法的诊断效能及对各类型阴道炎病菌的检出率更高,但革兰染色法用时短,能快速得到检测结果。
