目的 研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICPMS)检测地下水中的汞。方法 通过优化仪器参数、选择合适的测量同位素并采用内标法校正,建立了地下水中汞的高灵敏度检测方法。针对地下水复杂基体效应、硫化物及多原子干扰等问题,应用碰撞反应池技术有效消除干扰。结果 方法检出限为0.02 µg/L,相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为95.2%~104.8%,满足地下水汞检测的要求。结论 本方法已成功应用于不同地区地下水样品中汞含量的检测,结果表明 ICPMS具有样品用量少、灵敏度高、分析速度快等优势,为环境水样中微量汞的快速准确检测提供了可靠技术支持。
