目的 水体、土壤及固体废弃物中汞(Hg)和铋(Bi)的定量分析常依赖于原子荧光光谱法,但传统单通道检测模式需对同一份样品分两次独立测定,导致流程冗长、效率受限。本文基于双通道原子荧光光谱技术,系统优化汞、铋双元素同步检测体系,实现汞、铋的同时准确测定。方法 通过参数协同调控,考察反应介质酸度及还原剂硼氢化钾(KBH4)浓度对信号稳定性和选择性的影响。结果 在最佳条件下,汞、铋标准曲线相关系数分别为0.9997和1.0000,质控样品相对误差均满足要求;汞铋联合同步检测的精密度及回收率均满足标准方法要求,单次进样即可完成双目标物分析。结论 本方法显著提升检测效率,为批量样本的高通量分析提供了可靠方案。
