Objective To establish a magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) approach based on covalent organic framework materials in combination with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) for the efficient determination of 9 kinds of carbamate pesticides (CPs) in Vigna unguiculata. Methods After the extraction of Vigna unguiculata samples, the novel Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB material was employed for magnetic solid-phase extraction and purification. After filtration, the samples were separated by a C18 chromatographic column and quantitatively analyzed using multiple reaction monitoring in the electrospray positive ion mode. Results The established analytical methods for the 9 kinds of CPs exhibited excellent linearity within the concentration range of 0.02-100.00 μg/kg, with the determination coefficients (r2) all exceeding 0.9989. The spiked recovery rates were within the range of 80.33%-108.63%, and both the intra-day and inter-day precisions were less than 8.89%. The detection limits of the methods were 0.005-0.010 μg/kg, and the limits of quantitation were 0.02 μg/kg, which were significantly below the maximum residue limits specified in GB 2763—2021 National food safety standard-Maximum residue limits of pesticides in food and EU Regulation No 396/2005, ensuring compliance within an academic context. Conclusion The covalent organic framework materials synthesize in this study demonstrate exceptional adsorption capacity for CPs via π-π interactions and hydrogen bonding. Furthermore, the develope MSPE-HPLC-MS/MS method enables rapid, highly sensitive, and precise detection of CPs in Vigna unguiculata, thereby offering an efficient and innovative approach for monitoring pesticide residues in agricultural products.

目的 建立基于新型磁性共价有机框架材料(Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB)的磁固相萃取(magnetic solid-phase extraction, MSPE)联用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)技术。方法 豇豆样品提取后采用新型Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB材料进行MSPE净化, 经过滤后, 通过C18色谱柱分离, 采用电喷雾正离子模式进行多反应监测定量分析。结果 所建立的9种CPs分析方法在0.02~100.00 μg/kg浓度范围内线性良好, 决定系数(r2)均大于0.9989。加标回收率为80.33%~108.63%, 日内和日间精密度均小于等于8.89%。方法检出限为0.005~0.010 μg/kg, 定量限为0.02 μg/kg, 显著低于GB 2763—2021《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》和欧盟No 396/2005法规最大残留限量要求。结论 本研究制备的共价有机框架材料通过π-π作用及氢键效应, 对CPs表现出优异的吸附能力, 所开发的MSPE-HPLC-MS/MS方法适用于豇豆中CPs的快速、高灵敏、准确检测, 为农产品中农药残留的监控提供了一种高效的新手段。

Objective To establish a magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) approach based on covalent organic framework materials in combination with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) for the efficient determination of 9 kinds of carbamate pesticides (CPs) in Vigna unguiculata. Methods After the extraction of Vigna unguiculata samples, the novel Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB material was employed for magnetic solid-phase extraction and purification. After filtration, the samples were separated by a C18 chromatographic column and quantitatively analyzed using multiple reaction monitoring in the electrospray positive ion mode. Results The established analytical methods for the 9 kinds of CPs exhibited excellent linearity within the concentration range of 0.02-100.00 μg/kg, with the determination coefficients (r2) all exceeding 0.9989. The spiked recovery rates were within the range of 80.33%-108.63%, and both the intra-day and inter-day precisions were less than 8.89%. The detection limits of the methods were 0.005-0.010 μg/kg, and the limits of quantitation were 0.02 μg/kg, which were significantly below the maximum residue limits specified in GB 2763—2021 National food safety standard-Maximum residue limits of pesticides in food and EU Regulation No 396/2005, ensuring compliance within an academic context. Conclusion The covalent organic framework materials synthesize in this study demonstrate exceptional adsorption capacity for CPs via π-π interactions and hydrogen bonding. Furthermore, the develope MSPE-HPLC-MS/MS method enables rapid, highly sensitive, and precise detection of CPs in Vigna unguiculata, thereby offering an efficient and innovative approach for monitoring pesticide residues in agricultural products.

在果蔬种植过程中, 杀虫剂和抑菌剂的应用难以避免, 因为它们被广泛用于控制害虫并提高作物产量[1]。然而, 这些农药及其代谢产物可能会残留在蔬菜中, 对人类和动物构成潜在的毒性风险[2]。目前, 农业上常用的一类农药是氨基甲酸酯类农药(carbamate pesticides, CPs)。这类农药因其较短的残留时间、较高的选择性以及相对较低的人畜毒性而被广泛应用[3]。然而, 随着消费者生活水平的提高和食品安全意识的增强, 公众对果蔬等农产品的安全性给予了更多关注[4-5]。豇豆是一类喜温喜光的农作物, 其栽培环境容易收到害虫侵袭。豇豆的病虫害防治已成为制约其产业绿色发展的“卡脖子”问题, 同时带来了农产品质量安全的潜在风险[6-7]。为了规范CPs的使用, GB 2763—2021《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》规定了豇豆中甲萘威、甲硫威和抗蚜威的最大残留限量分别为1.0、0.1、0.7 mg/kg, 欧盟No 396/2005制定了豇豆中甲萘威、乙霉威、甲硫威、抗蚜威、残杀威的最大残留限量为0.01、0.01、1.5、0.005和0.03 mg/kg。因此, 有必要开发快速、灵敏、环保的分析方法来监测食品中CPs的残留, 这对于确保农产品的质量安全具有重要意义。
目前, 检测食品中CPs的方法主要包括高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)法[8-9]、气相色谱法(gas chromatography, GC)[10-11]和酶抑制法(enzyme inhibition, EI)[12-13]。然而, 这些方法在实际应用中存在一些缺陷, 如前处理操作烦琐、耗时较长[14]。豇豆基质相对复杂, 且容易存在痕量的CPs残留, 因此样品前处理过程显得尤为重要。目前, 豇豆中CPs提取和富集常用的方法包括固相萃取(solid phase extraction, SPE)前处理技术[15]和QuEChERS (Quick、easy、cheap、effective、rugged、safe)前处理技术[16]。然而, QuEChERS技术在复杂基质背景和多组分高通量分析中存在净化材料特异性差、净化效率不足等问题[17]; SPE前处理技术存在吸附剂孔道易堵塞、吸附时间长、溶剂消耗多等问题[18]
相比之下, 磁性固相萃取技术(magnetic solid phase extraction, MSPE)利用具有磁性的吸附剂, 能够选择性地从复杂基质中提取目标分析物, 通过外部磁铁的作用, 可以快速将吸附剂与溶液分离, 从而实现样品的净化和浓缩。因此, MSPE具有操作简单、富集效率高、耗时短的优势[19-20]。为了进一步提高吸附效率, 研究人员开发了多种新型吸附材料, 如共价有机框架材料(covalent organic frameworks, COFs)[21]、金属有机框架材料(metal-organic frameworks, MOFs)[22]和分子印迹聚合物(molecularly imprinted polymers, MIPs)[23]。其中, COFs是一种由轻元素构成的新型多孔有机材料, 通过强共价键构建起有机建筑单元, 具有低密度、大表面积、高稳定性等优势, 加上规则的孔结构使COF材料在多个领域展现出卓越的应用潜力[24]。例如, LI等[25]开发了一种Fe3O4@COF-(TpBD)材料, 用于富集熏猪肉、野生鱼、烤鱼、熏培根、咖啡和水中的痕量多环芳烃。ZHANG等[26]通过简便方法合成了一种磁性共价有机框架材料Fe3O4@COF(ETTBA-ND), 结合HPLC-MS/MS富集食品基质中的黄曲霉毒素。TIAN等[27]利用磁性共价有机框架材料MCOF-DhaTab结合高效液相色谱-紫外法(high performance liquid chromatography- ultraviolet, HPLC-UV), 成功富集了番茄、黄瓜和雪茄中痕量的5种CPs。然而, 这个吸附剂的合成需要3 d, 耗时较长, 且萃取过程所需的吸附剂用量(10 mg)较多。目前, 关于在温和条件下较短时间内制备磁性COF的研究较少, 尤其鲜有利用微量磁性COFs直接进行食品基质中的磁固相萃取, 实现对CPs的快速高效富集, 并进一步结合HPLC-MS/MS技术应用于豇豆中CPs残留检测的相关研究。
针对当前在豇豆样品中应用磁性共价有机框架材料检测CPs的相关研究较少, 本研究探索并建立了一种基于新型磁性COFs作为吸附剂的检测方法。该方法结合MSPE技术富集豇豆中的CPs, 并应用HPLC-MS/MS方法进行分析检测。研究中选用1,3,5-三(4-氨基苯氧基)苯[TAPOB]和N,N,N’,N’- 四(4-醛基苯基)-1,4-苯二胺[N,N,N’,N’-tetra(4- formylphenyl) benzidin, BDTB]为单体, 能够在4 h内合成新型磁性COFs材料Fe3O4@TAPOB- BDTB, 该材料具有合成条件简单、化学性质稳定的特点, 其磁核特性可以借助外部磁铁快速分离Fe3O4@TAPOB- BDTB, 此外, Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB对CPs萃取效率高且可重复使用。因此, 将其用作MSPE吸附剂, 通过结合HPLC-MS/MS技术, 旨在建立一种灵敏、准确的富集和检测豇豆中CPs的方法。
四氢呋喃(tetrahydrofuran, THF)(北京伊诺凯有限公司); 纳米Fe3O4(纯度99.5%, 200 nm)(上海麦克林生化科技股份有限公司); TAPOB(纯度98%)(上海毕得医药科技股份有限公司)、BDTB(纯度98%)[梯希爱(上海)化成工业发展有限公司]; 乙腈(acetonitrile, ACN)、甲醇(methyl alcohol, MT)、乙酸乙酯(ethyl acetate, EA)、异丙醇(isopropyl alcohol, IPA)、甲酸(formic acid, FA)(色谱级, 美国Thermo Fisher Scientific公司); 甲萘威、异丙威、仲丁威、恶虫威、乙霉威、抗蚜威、残杀威、甲硫威、甲基碳酸酯固体标准品(纯度98%, 美国AccuStandard公司)。
HH−6恒温水浴锅(国旺实验仪器); KQ-500DE超声清洗机(昆山市超声仪器有限公司); MFE−24氮吹仪(中国德泰仪器公司); QT-MT200多管振荡仪(美国Benchman公司); Milli-Q超纯水仪(美国Millipore公司); PL-203型号称量天平(精度0.001 g, 上海梅特勒托利多仪器有限公司); PHS-25型号pH计(上海仪电科学仪器股份有限公司); Allegra X−22高速冷冻离心机(美国Beckman公司); TB-SH120电动机械搅拌器(中国力辰科技公司); 6500+三重四极杆质谱仪(美国AB SCIEX公司); LC-30AD高效液相色谱仪(日本Shimadzu公司)。
采用达夫反应法进行优化调整[28], 并制备Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB。在双口圆底烧瓶中称量100 mg Fe3O4纳米粉末, 然后依次加入BDTB (0.25 mmol, 150 mg)和20 mL THF。超声处理20 min以获得均匀溶液后, 将混合物转移到60 ℃水浴中, 并以550 r/min的转速机械搅拌20 min, 使BDTB通过氢键预接枝到Fe3O4纳米粉末表面。然后, 将TAPOB (0.44 mmol, 133.0 mg)和THF (10 mL)的混合溶液超声2 min, 并逐滴加入到上述系统中。加入2 mL乙酸作为反应的催化剂。整个搅拌系统在60 ℃下反应3 h以获得粗产物。在外部磁体的作用下, 用甲醇和乙腈交替洗涤3次, 直到上清液澄清, 得到磁性黄绿色粉末。最后, 将产物在60 ℃烘箱中干燥6 h, 得到Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB。
称取2.0 g豇豆样品置于50 mL离心管中, 加入5 mL乙腈、水和冰醋酸(9.0:0.9:0.1, V:V:V)的混合溶液。涡旋2 min后, 将混合溶液超声5 min, 并在4 ℃、9000 r/min的条件下离心5 min。取出上清液并用氮气吹至近干, 加入5 mL纯水溶解, 用于下一步的MSPE分析。
配制1000 μg/mL的甲萘威、异丙威、仲丁威、恶虫威、乙霉威、抗蚜威、残杀威、甲硫威、甲基碳酸酯的混合标准储备液。用甲醇将标准储备液稀释成10 μg/m和1 μg/mL的标准中间液, 再逐级稀释成100.0、50.0、20.0、10.0、5.0、2.0、1.0、0.5、0.2和0.1 μg/L的标准工作溶液。
将5.0 mg Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB分散在5 mL样品溶液中, 在1800 r/min下剧烈振荡3 min, 以促进CPs吸附到吸附剂上。振荡吸附后, 利用磁铁将吸附剂与溶液分离, 丢弃上清液。使用3 mL甲醇将分析物与磁性吸附剂超声洗脱3 min, 收集上清液并在50 ℃下用氮气吹干。加入3 mL甲醇重新溶解残余物, 并通过0.22 μm的滤膜过滤, 得到的滤液用于HPLC-MS/MS分析。Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB的合成以及豇豆中CPs检测过程如图1所示。
HPLC条件: 使用安捷伦ZORBAXEclipsePlus C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 3.5 μm), 柱温40 ℃; 流动相A为乙腈, 流动相B为0.1%甲酸水溶液; 流速0.3 mL/min; 进样量为5 μL; 优化后的梯度洗脱过程见表1。MS分析在ESI(+)条件下进行, 采用多反应监测(multi-reaction monitoring, MRM)模式进行监测。电喷雾电压为4500 V, 离子源温度550 ℃, 质量扫描范围为m/z 35~500。母离子(Q1)和子离子(Q3)及MS检测参数如表2所示。
当MSPE用于分析复杂基质样品时, 复杂基质中的离子抑制或增强效应可能导致回收率降低, 从而影响分析结果的准确性。基质效应(matrix effects, ME)按公式(1)计算:

式中: Km为基质校准曲线的斜率, Ks为溶剂校准曲线的斜率。
在空白基质中加入3个质量浓度范围为0.1~100.0 μg/kg的CPs溶液, 通过比较溶剂和基质中分析物的标准曲线斜率来评估ME。
将5 mg Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB分散在10 μg/kg的CPs混合标准溶液中, 用MSPE进行前处理, 并进行HPLC-MS/MS分析。随后回收洗脱后的吸附剂, 用甲醇和水反复清洗Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB, 直到没有CPs残留为止。重复上述步骤5次, 以评估吸附剂的可重复性。
本研究所有数据均做3次重复测定, 实验结果用Analyst Software 1.6软件进行数据分析, 采用ChemDraw Professional 20.0软件、PowerPoint 2016软件和Origin 2025软件绘制图表, Excel 2016软件绘制表格。
采用德国ZEISS Sigma 360扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)在15 keV下拍摄图像, 表征了Fe3O4纳米颗粒与Fe3O4@TAPOB- BDTB的表面形貌结构。从图2A可以看出, Fe3O4纳米颗粒表现出相对规则的方圆形结构。由于商业用Fe3O4纳米颗粒的制备方法、原材料纯度与一致性等合成因素对纳米颗粒的尺寸和均匀性有着直接的影响, 其粒径平均大小在280 nm。相比之下, 图2B可以看出Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB具有类似于交联的球状结构, 可能融合包裹了Fe3O4纳米颗粒, 形成微观球形结构, 颗粒尺寸约为420 nm, COF层壳厚度约为140 nm。这些结果表明, 在Fe3O4纳米颗粒表面成功合成了COF壳。
使用接触角-表面界面张力检测仪对材料表面亲/疏水性其进行了测试, 结果如图2C和2D所示, Fe3O4和Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB的接触角测量值分别为26.35°和123.57°。与Fe3O4相比, 共价有机框架材料层的包覆增加了纳米Fe3O4材料表面的疏水性, 这有助于增强与分析物之间的疏水作用力。
通过傅里叶红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared, FT-IR)表征了Fe3O4和Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB纳米材料的化学结构和化学键(见图3)。在Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB光谱中保留了与Fe3O4在556.01 cm⁻¹附近的特征吸收带, 与Fe3O4纳米粒子的Fe-O-Fe振动模式相对应, 证实了Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB完好的保留了磁核特性。此外, 由于C=N振动, 在1592.93 cm⁻¹和1213.39 cm⁻1处出现了一个新的特征峰, 这表明醛基单体和氨基单体已经发生席夫碱反应, 形成了亚胺键, 在Fe3O4表面成功合成了亚胺键连接的COF层。
为了使Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB对CPs的富集效率达到较优的水平, 对吸附剂用量、吸附时间、吸附环境的pH、洗脱时间、洗脱溶剂类型和洗脱溶剂体积等萃取、洗脱参数进行了优化。在该实验中, 采用Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB对浓度为10 μg/kg的加标溶液进行MSPE并进行HPLC-MS/MS检测, 结果如图4所示。
吸附剂的用量在富集过程中起着至关重要的作用。为了获得高的提取效率, 对Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB的用量进行了优化(1、2、3、4、5、6和7 mg)。如图4A所示, 当使用1~4 mg吸附剂时, CPs的回收率逐渐增加, 并在4 mg时达到平衡状态。这表明增加吸附剂的用量有利于提高吸附性能, 因为更大的表面积和更多的结合位点可以提高吸附效率。当用量高于4 mg时, 回收率的变化甚微。为保证吸附效果的相对稳定, 后续实验中采取5 mg Fe3O4@TAPOB- BDTB作为吸附剂。
萃取时间是评价吸附剂萃取效率的重要参数之一。适当的提取时间可以确保吸附剂上的吸附位点与分析物充分接触, 从而提高提取效率。在这项研究中, 通过改变涡旋萃取时间(1~5 min)来评估提取时间的影响。如图4B所示, 在最初的1~3 min内, 回收率迅速增加。当振荡时间持续增加时, 吸收率的增加趋于平缓。因此, 在进一步的实验中, 选择3 min作为最佳提取时间。
样品溶液的pH可以显著影响CPs的性质及其在溶液中的存在状态, 进而影响与磁性COF的相互作用。如图4C所示, CPs的回收率随着pH从4增加到6而增加, 在pH为6时, 回收率平均值达到81.1%~87.47%。当pH在6~9之间时, 回收率开始下降。这种趋势可归因于CPs的初级水解产物氨基甲酸(pKa≈4), 在弱酸性条件下主要以未解离的分子形式存在, 这种形式下CPs更稳定, 与吸附剂的相互作用更有效。相反, 强酸性和强碱性条件会促进CPs的水解, 降低其稳定性和回收率。通过测定预处理的豇豆样液的pH接近7, 可以直接使用样品而不进行pH调节处理。
合理的洗脱时间可以确保分析物与吸附剂完全分离, 从而获得良好的洗脱效果。本研究比较了洗脱时间在1~5 min范围内的吸附效果。如图4D所示, 9种CPs在0~3 min内的洗脱速度较快, 在3 min时洗脱回收率趋于平稳。随着洗脱时间的增加, 洗脱过程逐渐达到饱和, 回收率基本不变。因此, 选择3 min作为最佳洗脱时间。
洗脱溶剂的选择对分析物的完全洗脱和吸附材料的重复利用有重要影响。比较了不同的洗脱溶剂, 包括甲醇、乙腈、乙酸乙酯和异丙醇。如图4E所示, 在相同的萃取条件下, 当甲醇用作洗脱溶剂时, CPs的回收率最高, 这可能是由于甲醇适中的极性、优秀的溶解能力、与水的良好混溶性以及低黏度等特性, 在洗脱过程中有助于提高目标化合物的回收率。因此选择甲醇作为最佳的洗脱溶剂。
优化甲醇作为洗脱溶剂的体积以获得最佳洗脱效果。如图4F所示, 当使用1~2 mL甲醇时, 洗脱效率呈现单调增加的趋势。当甲醇体积从2 mL增加至5 mL时, 洗脱效率的变化较小, 可以忽略不计。这表明2 mL甲醇足以使分析物从吸附剂表面完全洗脱。因此, 选择2 mL甲醇作为洗脱溶剂。
为了扩大Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB作为MSPE吸附剂的潜在应用, 本研究研究了潜在的吸附机制。Fe3O4@TAPOB- BDTB具有广泛的π共轭网络结构, 所有分析物均含有苯环和嘧啶结构, 因此与9种CPs之间存在π-π堆积相互作用。通过接触角的表征验证了Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB本身的具有的疏水性, 能够增强COF核壳结构中的苯环与CPs之间的疏水作用力。此外, 吸附剂与分析物结构中的氢键受体和供体能够相互结合, 产生了多重相互作用力, 增强了对CPs的吸附能力。
当MSPE用于分析复杂基质样品时, ME导致的离子抑制或增强会降低回收率, 从而影响分析结果的准确性。当-20%<ME<20%时, ME不明显; 当ME≥20%时为基质促进效应; 当ME≤-20%为基质抑制效应[29]。为了获得更可靠的定量结果, 本研究采用基质标准曲线对9种CPs进行了测定。如表3所示, 9种CPs的ME值分别为1.66%, -0.17%, -11.16%, -4.32%, -12.55%, 6.63%, 18.78%, -14.33%和13.04%。结果表明豇豆样品ME不明显, 故选择溶剂标准曲线外标法对豇豆样品中CPs进行定量分析。
本研究考察了该方法的LODs、LOQs、线性关系和日内、日间精密度。如表3所示, 所建立的方法在0.05~ 100.00 μg/kg范围内线性良好, 决定系数(r2)超过0.9989。在信噪比为3和10时, LODs和LOQs分别为0.005~0.010 μg/kg和0.01~0.02 μg/kg, LOQs远低于GB 2763—2016和欧盟No 396/2005中规定的豇豆中CPs的最大残留限量。日内、日间精密度评价RSD分别为2.86%~8.69%和2.75%~8.89%, 重复性良好, 其中发现有部分目标物日内RSD高于日间RSD, 这可能是因为仪器在一天内的性能不够稳定, 例如温度波动、流速不稳或者检测器灵敏度变化等; 另外, 仪器自动进样器可能存在误差, 尤其是在长时间连续运行后, 可能导致日内RSD增加。
本研究建立的MSPE方法用于分析当地超市中豇豆样品中的CPs, 未检出阳性样品。
为了评估该方法的准确性, 进行了3次重复分析, 分别添加1、5和20 μg/kg浓度的CPs标准溶液, 结果如表4所示。9种CPs的加标回收率为80.33%~108.63%, RSD为0.35%~10.63%。因此, 本研究证实了Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB检测食品样品中痕量的CPs方法是准确可靠的。
在本研究中, 回收了之前使用的Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB, 在甲醇和水溶液中分别超声2 min进行清洗, 如图5所示, 经过5次吸附−洗脱后, CPs吸附实验的回收率可以达到80%以上, 并且随着重复使用次数的增加, CPs的回收率变化相对不明显, 表明合成的Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB具有良好的可重复使用性, 性质稳定。
将本研究开发建立的方法与已报道的方法在各个方面进行了比较。如表5所示, 本研究与先前报道的测定CPs的方法进行了比较。总结了关键参数, 如分析物的数量、吸附剂用量、萃取时间、LODs和回收率, 该方法在吸附过程中具有以下优势: 能够在较短的提取时间(3 min)内实现了CPs的高效富集, 同时使用了最少的吸附剂(5 mg), 与大多数现有方法相比, 该方法可以同时检测更多的CPs (9种分析物), 并且具有更低的LODs(0.005~0.010 μg/kg)。此外, Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB的合成过程具有反应时间短、有机试剂消耗少、环境友好等优势, 为食品中CPs农药的快速、高效富集与检测提供了一种更便捷、灵敏、准确的方法。然而, 目前其形貌特征仍存在一定的不均匀性, 核壳结构的完整度和包覆均匀性仍有待进一步提升, 以降低在批量生产过程中可能产生的批次间差异。未来将进一步拓展该材料在绿色化学方向的应用潜力, 并深入开展基于共价有机框架材料的功能化设计与性能研究。
本研究通过溶剂热法成功合成了具有磁性核壳结构的共价有机框架材料Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB, 并将其创新性应用于豇豆基质中9种CPs农药残留的高效富集净化。该材料凭借其大比表面积、优异的稳定性等优势, 表现出对CPs较强的吸附性能。基于Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB材料, 本研究建立了MSPE技术, 进一步构建了MSPE-HPLC-MS/MS联用检测技术。该联用技术整合了MSPE的高效富集净化功能以及HPLC-MS/MS的高灵敏度、高准确性检测能力, 能够满足复杂食品基质中痕量CPs快速、灵敏、准确的检测技术要求, 为食品中CPs残留的检测提供了一种更为高效、可靠的新方法。在未来的研究中, 本研究计划将Fe3O4@TAPOB-BDTB材料与更多先进技术进行深度融合, 进一步拓展其在复杂基质中的应用范围, 为保障食品安全提供更有力的技术支撑, 满足不断提高的食品安全检测需求。
