Through the coordinated control of the internal combustion engine and the electric motor, hybrid power systems achieve real-time power distribution optimization, thereby enhancing fuel economy and mitigating harmful emissions. To elucidate the evolutionary trajectory of Energy Management Strategy (EMS), the paper systematically reviews recent research achievements based on a literature analysis method. Existing strategies are classified into 4 categories: rule-based, global optimization, multi-objective optimization, and machine learning. Based on specific cases, the control principles, optimization objectives, implementation conditions, and performance of each strategy are elucidated. Furthermore, this paper summarizes the development laws and technical bottlenecks through a comparative analysis and outlines future research directions, providing a valuable reference for technological innovation and sustainable development in the new energy vehicle industry.

For a certain hybrid vehicle thermal management system, based on the overall vehicle thermal management architecture, a one-dimensional simulation model is established. Using the system outlet water temperature as a safety indicator, the heat dissipation performance of each subsystem under different driving conditions and the thermal interference effects of high-load air conditioning operation on the system are analyzed. The study constructs an integrated model including engine cooling, battery cooling, and the air conditioning system, and conducts simulations under 5 typical driving conditions. It reveals the thermal coupling effects among the high-temperature radiator, condenser, and low-temperature radiator in the front-end cooling module, and proposes a compressor and battery water pump fitted speed control strategy based on energy consumption optimization. Results show that under all conditions, the outlet water temperatures of all radiators remains within safe thresholds, confirming the feasibility of the system design. After adopting the fitted speed control strategy, the total energy consumption of the system decreases by 35.8%, 12.0%, and 6.1% at ambient temperatures of 30 ℃, 35 ℃, and 40 ℃ respectively, compared to linear control. The study demonstrates that through coupled thermal management modeling and energy consumption optimized control, the thermal management efficiency of hybrid vehicles can be effectively improved while ensuring system safety.

To enhance the computational speed of the hybrid transmission clutch and hydraulic system model, this paper employs the Neural Ordinary Differential Equations (NODEs) to reduce the order of the physical model. Initially, a pseudo-random number method is utilized to generate model inputs and obtain simulation results. Subsequently, the time-series data of system state variables are extracted as samples to train the NODEs model. The comparison between the physical model and the NODEs model reveals that the latter possesses excellent precision and generalization capabilities, significantly enhancing computational speed.

To optimize the performance of pure electric vehicles, ensure operational safety, and meet the intelligent development needs of new energy vehicles, this study combines electric vehicle performance evaluation indicators to determine key acquisition parameters such as battery voltage, current, State of Charge (SOC), motor speed, and temperature. By integrating vehicle CAN bus technology and GPRS wireless communication technology, a remote on-board information acquisition system with DSP2407 as the core processor is designed. This system can efficiently process and monitor the operational data of the vehicle's electronic control unit in real time. The acquired data can provide a quantitative basis for the assessment and evaluation of the electronic control unit, and offer precise data support for refining the overall vehicle control strategy. The integrated application of Internet of Vehicles technology and big data enables the system to have remote data transmission and analysis capabilities, filling the gaps in real-time performance and remote capabilities of traditional acquisition systems. This provides reliable hardware and data support for the technological upgrading of new energy smart vehicles.

To systematically analyze the key points and impact of EU automotive regulations, evaluate the corresponding technical challenges, and support Chinese enterprises in formulating effective compliance strategies, this study introduces the regulatory frameworks of the United States, Japan, and the European Union, with a primary focus on the EU regulatory system and its whole-vehicle type approval framework. It examines the evolution and impact of EU regulations across 4 key areas: emissions, connected and automated driving, environmental protection, and safety. The findings indicate that the ongoing upgrades to EU regulations will profoundly reshape the industry landscape. Firstly, the Euro 7 emission standards will accelerate the transition of commercial vehicle power train technologies toward high-efficiency, clean, and zero-emission solutions. Secondly, the increasingly dense framework of regulations for connected and automated driving, coupled with infrastructure upgrades, is redefining the approval and validation models for intelligent vehicles. Finally, the continuously rising environmental requirements regarding battery carbon footprints, battery passports, and recycling are establishing green barriers that span the entire product life cycle. In response to these changes, Chinese enterprises must address technological gaps, strengthen industrial chains, enhance standardized management, and strategically plan ahead to build and maintain long-term advantages in international competition.

With the upgrading of the demand for high-power charging technology in the new energy vehicle industry, liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging technology has become an important research direction in the field of charging infrastructure as a core solution to break through the bottleneck of traditional air-cooled heat dissipation. To advance the high-quality development of charging infrastructure for new energy vehicles and facilitate large-scale adoption in the charging market, the core components of liquid-cooled gun line, overcharge terminal cooling system, liquid-cooled charging module and host temperature control system are systematically analyzed based on the principle of heat exchange. Moreover, the advantages of this technology and the technical requirements of liquid-cooled overcharge are clarified. Combined with the application strategy of engineering practice, the problems and challenges faced by the current technology are revealed, and the solutions of the application are put forward, which provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the large-scale application and technical iteration of liquid-cooled overcharge technology.

In order to systematize and standardize the control of automotive interior color, thereby minimizing redundant work and shortening development cycles, this paper investigates standard management protocols within the color control process. Based on the interior color development workflow, specific quantitative requirements are proposed for the fabrication of standard color samples and the quality assessment of color parts. These measures guarantee the visual harmony of interior colors and facilitate a competitive advantage for automotive enterprises.

By investigating 4 typical counties of Kunshan City, Yiwu City, Zhongmou County and Gaomi City in central and eastern China, combined quantitative and qualitative investigation to analyze the car purchase preference, car purchase budget, car use scenario and demand of new energy passenger vehicle users in rural areas of central and eastern China. It is found that new energy users in central and eastern rural areas take into account the needs of life, personal and work when buying cars, pay attention to driving range, economy of use and price, tend to obtain vehicle information from short video platforms, and car scenes take into account home and commercial use. It is suggested that government departments strengthen infrastructure construction, automobile manufacturers introduce more economical and practical models to meet the needs of users in rural areas, and strengthen market publicity to improve the acceptance of new energy passenger vehicles in rural areas.
