The positive ergonomics development follows the principle of “people oriented, from inside to outside, inside and outside combination, distribution as a whole”. Based on the positive ergonomics principle to define the vehicle dimension chain, the man-machine’s operation for vehicle comfort, vision field security, instrument visibility performance and other vehicle performance can be achieved. Excellent positive ergonomics control strategy is beneficial to vehicle platforms and series development, which improve the competitiveness of products. In this paper, based on positive ergonomics,10 key dimensions of the vehicle control method and the X, Y, Z direction dimension chain control strategy are elaborated emphatically, so as to pave the basis for research and development of platform vehicle models.
