Aiming at the management of vehicle power battery under the background of peak carbon dioxide emissions and Carbon neutralization, a new model of power battery life cycle management driven by twin data is proposed. A digital twin driven power battery life cycle management architecture is established, and the operation mechanism of the architecture is introduced in detail. Take twin data as the core, this paper aims to expound the application of digital twin technology in power battery from 6 scenarios that contains power battery design, manufacturing, using, remanufacturing, cascade utilization, recycling and regeneration. Moreover, the key technologies applied in it are analyzed. The research believes that the digital twin driven power battery life-cycle management can provide real-time feedback and guarantee for power battery manufacturing, operation, maintenance and provide a path for the global optimal solution of green low-carbon design, safe and efficient design of power batteries. By improving the design quality, it can effectively achieve a virtuous cycle of power battery life-cycle management. Although some key technologies need to be broken through, the application of digital twin technology in power battery life cycle management has a good prospect.
