    This paper analysed the urgency of establishing and improving policy system to promote science popularization industry development. It gived a comprehensive and systematic pectination of the existing policies to promote science popularization industry development and points out the problems existing in the current policy system. It proposed some corresponding countermeasures from the improvement of the legal system, the policy-making, the implementation of specific measures and so on.

    This report is an evaluation results of collaborative research between US and China on One World One Sky for children between 4-6 years old in both countries. The research has got the data after more than one year including the impact of the show, the evaluation by teachers and parents and the effectiveness on their education after watching the program, the culture difference between two countries and the difference of formal and informal education between US and China. This was the first research survey of science communication and it would be of many experiences for the international cooperation.

    Scientific literacy researches among traditional Chinese medicine professionals, from a brand new point of view to discuss some issues in terms of scientific accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine and professionals cultivation, have great significance. The article discussed a new 5-dimension survey model with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, the article designed the questionnaire based on characteristics of this field, and made a survey among 6 groups of professionals in the field and some other professionals in other fields as comparison, to bring forward some analysis and conclusions.

    Constructivism learning theory emphasizes learners as the center of teaching. The learner is the cognitive subject, while the teacher is a significance helper or promoter. Based on the essential understanding of the constructivism learning theory, this article discusses the different effects of three exhibiting approaches on children's science education in modern science and technology museums and explores the method of constructivism on Rubik's cube Robot exhibit.

    This paper consists of a content analysis of Chinese and British newspaper coverage of measles/MMR vaccination in a five-year period 2006-2010. By comparing China with a western country and discussing a better function for scientific reporting and scientists' involvement in public communication, it aims to expand the research vision of science communication in China as well as making a modest contribution to the globalization of research on vaccine controversies.

    In Taiwan, community college is a unique adult education design. It was proposed by Professor Huang Wu-hsiung, a social activist, in 1997. Next year, Huang's proposal got the support of Taipei City Government to set up the first community college in Wenshan District: Wenshan Community College. From then on, other districts of Taipei as well as other cities and counties in Taiwan set up community colleges subsequently, and there are 83 community colleges in Taiwan now. Community college courses can be divided into three categories-academic courses, life and skill, community groups. And the academic courses then can be divided into three categories: the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. The natural science courses in Community College may be considered as a part of science popularization. Taking Wenshan Community College's natural science course as an example, we give a brief introduction of its curriculum, faculty and students. We hope our experience may afford mainland China's adult education and science popularization some reference.

    Main features of Web2.0 have been summarized in three aspects in this paper. Some typical applications such as Blog, RSS, Wiki, TAG, etc. in the environment of Web2.0 are introduced. Then the impacts of Web2.0 on science communication has been analyzed in terms of science popularization communication way, science popularization communication effect, science popularization communication idea and science popularization communication interaction. In the end, the countermeasures of scientific popularization in the environment of Web2.0 have been proposed.
