Then we puts forward the future digital science popular bases with a variety of features. Including science association, public support, new platform; resources sharing and professional team operation. In order to improve the construction of digital science bases, from the perspective of the main body and objective of digital science popular bases construction, some suggestions about planning、content research and marketing strategy have been puts forward.
With the rapid development of web 2.0 technology, the mass collaboration of website users has been stirred up and further contributed to solving complicated and emergency problems. The conventional closed organization has been since changed. The thesis attempts to give analysis on the four factors impacting the knowledge network evolution of mass collaboration, including task granularity and collaborative website platform, and meanwhile study the knowledge network evolution process of the selforganized initiative knowledge nodes which are based on inanimate agent nodes as major monitoring nodes. Moreover, this thesis, taking www.oursus.org as an example, analyzes the setting of task granularity, establishment of the global city information network, introduction of experts, interaction and sharing of knowledge, as well as forming of the social network system.
The practices of museum assessment and accreditation program in U.S.A., U.K. and Japan have proved that, it can improve the quality of the museum service efficiently. According to the practical experiences of Assessment and Accreditation Program for Museums abroad, China Association for Science and Technology are in urgent need of carrying out the corresponding Assessment of the science and technology museums within its own jurisdiction. This paper argues that, the principles and guidelines of the science and technology museums Assessment should mainly focus on the promoting development, encouraging reformation, enhancing administration, becoming specialization and initiating characteristics. And therefore, the assessment of the science and technology museums will be better to concentrate on their functions, activities, conditions and characteristics.
This study starts with the development and current status of American public libraries, and then introduces the educational function of public libraries in the United States. After analyzing the social operating mechanisms and management features of public libraries, this paper discusses how public libraries apply social resources and information technology to science education. According to the study, two suggestions are put forward. Firstly, science education of public libraries calls for long-term mechanisms to protect. Secondly, public libraries should provide active services by making full use of social resources and information technology.

Five typical museums of natural science are compared in terms of the Amount of Museums, the Average Amount of Visitors, Financial Resources, the Function of Museums, etc. The significance and enlightenment are given to the development of museums of natural science in China.
It is an undeniable fact that educational activities is the core function of the science and technology museums. With the overview and discussion of a series of innovative educational activities hold by the Zhejiang science and technology museum and analyzing the foreign science and technology museum's education activities at the prevailing situation, we draw the valuable conclusion; According to the domestic science and technology museum educational activities, we should focus more on strengthening theoretical research, human resource construction and paying much attention to the aspects of the audience's activity preference.
Museums have an important role in sience, science and technology museums in college and universities also contribute to science education. Recently, science and technology museums in colleges and universities have been developing rapidly but their function on science education is still very limited. Problems including government deficiencies on management, their poor motivate on science education; their poor social service awareness and ability; their limited communications; the deficient utilization of human resources. To improve their science function, the external environment for their development should be optimized. Universities should attach importance to science and technology museums in colleges and their function. Universities also should stimulate enthusiasm of staff and student volunteers. Also the university digital museums should be established.
A survey of many representative nature reserves, geological parks, zoo and botanical gardens in United States and Taiwan were made. The results show that, the index of beneficiaries of most nature reserves were less than 1 per hectare per year, and education in most of nature reserves were few. Due to these problems, most of nature reserves actudly did not take up the task of science education. In response to this issue, different countermeasures were put forward, including increase the capacity of science popularization, constructing the visitors' centers, publishing propaganda readings, setting up science websites, and the volunteer team. Nature Reserves not only protect the rich biodiversity, should also play its role of science education to promote the ecological civilization.
Popular science education is a kind of public welfare and social popular science activities, meaningful for the national quality enhancement. Popular science education in Zoo and Botanical gardens have an important role in science popularization. The paper uses literature analysis, and finds out current situation and problems of popular science education in Zoo and Botanical gardens.
In this article we firstly try to define the concept of Science and Technology Museums affiliated to Research Institutes in China, and give a list of them with some information about their affiliations, subjects, service time and ticket. Secondly, we try to describe the ticket policies of their counterparts in England and US. Based on our analysis above, we conclude that the government should carry on free tickets policy for this kind of museums step by step.(1) Some museums which have been accredited would be free to the public with the fund from the central government.(2) The museums which are already free and have affluent potential resources of popular science should be funded to attract more people.(3) The government should encourage the tourist interest sites such as botanical gardens, zoos, geoparks, natural protected areas with some financial support to add popular science service which visitors can learn more during their tours.
