    Supported by the typical example of Miracles Around Us, a series of popular science TV programs for science education, this article is intended for an analysis and study of the thinking pattern and narrative structure in the creation of the programs of the kind. From the perspective of the combination of theory and practice, it has dealt with the argument that such creation should adhere to an integral thinking pattern, to be more exact, it should be conducted with the perceptual and rational thinking, with the image and abstract thinking and with the scientific and artistic thinking. Apart from the above-stated treatment, this article also puts under discussion the suitable narrative structure to such creation by means of language, diagrams, image, story, and the presentation of entertaining and poetic pictures. All in all, they are used to make contributions to both the improvement of the expressive effect of fluency and the improvement of production quality.

    Since the dome movie appeared in science museums, special effect movies have drawn more and more attention of people, and the cinemas for their play have been regarded as an important part of science museum construction. The special effect movies have the function of demonstrating the movie-related scientific and technological achievements and spreading the scientific knowledge and spirit, but they still face the problems such as lack of resources, limited influence, etc. To give play to their role of science popularization and promote their sustainable development, we should have trials in participating in construction of experiential theater, design of interactive activities and independent making of the movies, and function expansion of science popularization of special effect movies.

    Problem of weather forecast nowadays lies in difficulty in understanding with too many terminologies, while that of meteorological news is shown in less coverage on newspapers and lack of information people care most. To solve these problems, humanistic and popular elements should be added to make weather news more attractive, and demands of the target audience should be made clear in order to make the news more accessible to lay people.

    The science and technology museum is an important position for the spread of science spirit, popularization of scientific and technological knowledge, and dissemination of scientific thoughts and scientific methods. In recent years, the science and technology museum in China has developed rapidly, but there is still a great gap between China and developed countries. It is far from being able to meet the need of social development and the diverse needs of different audiences in China in the region of museum number, type, showing ideas, contents, and displaying methods. Based on present situation of scientific and technological museum at home and abroad and the problems in their development process, this paper offered some suggestions on how to promote the construction of the science and technology museum in China.
