Combined with the current digital into all areas of science background and current situation of the development of the industry, this paper puts forward the idea of the construction of digital science popular bases. Based on this, we discusses the definition of digital science popular bases, the concept includes innovation of popular science idea, digitalization of science content production, the network of popular science communication, the intelligent of scientific means of realization and popular science resources management systematization. Then we puts forward the future digital science popular bases with a variety of features. Including science association, public support, new platform; resources sharing and professional team operation. In order to improve the construction of digital science bases, from the perspective of the main body and objective of digital science popular bases construction, some suggestions about planning、content research and marketing strategy have been puts forward.
