The advent of mobile era leads to a revolutionary change in the mode of transmission of scientific knowledge. Effective science popularization should be based on context. It means that focus is placed on the perception of context and the adaptation of information. With the integration of Meyrowitz Theory, the paper firstly introduces four elements (space and environment, users’ real-timecondition, users’ life style and social atmosphere) of context, and secondly analyzes how to get adaptive context of science popularization, in a nutshell, some suggestions are proposed: the manifestation of science knowledge should be adaptive to the mobile context and the balance between standardization and individualization is necessary.
