Explain capability is an important basic ability, popular science venues are the important components of science communication, and popular science venues ability. In accelerating the construction of the venues and science base in China it is also important to cultivate a group of outstanding science popularization guide interpreters, improve the science popularization explanation ability, to promote the scientific spirit and spread scientific thought, popularize scientific knowledge, advocate the scientific method, and improve public scientific literacy, what is equally important is to give full play to the role of popular science venues, and arouse public interest especially the teenagers' interest in science.
