Combined with the practice of the construction of China Digital Science and Technology Museum, this paper discusses the definition of science popularization on the internet as well as its features, characteristics, progress and some common issues, and then suggests that the construction of science popularization on the internet should strengthen the quality control, originality, information update, the awareness of copyright protection, technological innovation and so on.
