Base on science popularization content, this paper discusses the necessity and criterion in the construction of quality control system of science popularization on the internet. Combined with the practice of the construction of China Digital Science and Technology Museum, the paper defines the content that constitutes quality control system of science popularization. Detailed criterions, quality concepts, control goals and practice methods are addressed with aspects of management mechanism and technology standards.
