The science and technology museums serve the essential functions of communicating science and technology, and play an important role in the modern science communication system. In this paper, an analysis is given to the diversification of the science and technology museums, communication practices, communication forms and comparative advantages. The analysis shows that the communicating services of the science & technology museums cannot be replaced, with their ample contents, various forms, visual images, comprehensive exhibitions.
